Question: How does the "Live Monitoring" actually work?
Answer: Once your child logs in to our secure learning platform, I can see their progress in real-time. I can see which problems they are attempting, where they are pausing, and when they achieve a "win." This allows me to provide instant digital encouragement or step in if I notice a roadblock forming.
Question: Is this just another software subscription?
Answer: Not at all. While we use world-class diagnostic tools, you are paying for the active coaching. Software can't host a live group lesson to explain a complex concept or provide the specific encouragement a student needs to stay motivated.
Question: What is the commitment for the Pilot Program?
Answer: We are looking for "Founding Families" to join us for 3 months. In exchange for the token $2 fee, we ask that your child spends a minimum of [e.g., 60 minutes] per week on the platform and that you provide brief monthly feedback on your experience.
Question: Does my child have to be "on camera" for hours?
Answer: No. To keep things non-intrusive, most work is done independently. Zoom sessions are scheduled only when needed—either for a 20-minute group workshop or a 5-minute "quick-fire" 1-on-1 to clear a specific hurdle.
